Moved into a new house and garage doors openers were giving me issues from the start, after having multiple ppl “fix them” and still not working, i found precision garage door, online – i used their online booking tool and got an appt the following morning, Devon came and was super knowledgeable, gave me some good recommendations and got my openers working without having to replace them. I definitely will be using them to service my doors moving forward ! Also reasonably priced!

Our garage door spring suddenly broke one day and I just happened to call Precision door service. Our technician Scott came out the next day and showed up in a very nice looking maintenance truck. He was great to work with, professional, thorough and finished the job quickly. Scott ended up changing both springs and roller bearings in our main door. He even lubed up the door and now it’s much quieter than before. I’d definitely call Precision again for garage door repairs.

I’ve used Precision for all of my garage door and opener needs for many many years. In this particular event one of my garage door springs broke when operating and jammed closed leaving one of our cars locked in the garage. What I liked most is that I called about 1pm and they had the technician (Devon) out to our house within just two hours. What I liked second most is that there was a lot of damage to the mechanism and many parts damaged and that the technician had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. What I liked next is the technician worked solid for about 3-4 hours and stayed and completed the repair by about 6pm, in spite of 100 degree temperatures and made sure everything was working 100%. My wife and I were very pleased with the response and quality of the work and thrilled that our car was freed. Thank you Precision! Bill and Trish Wade – Raleigh
