Window replacement went fine but it’s the little things that caused this 2 star review. Multiple black marks on the inside of the car near where the glass meets the upholstery. The line connecting the windshield wiper fluid to the actual spray was not connected when service was completed. The panels within my Tesla Model 3 under the hood were not connected back properly and there is some misalignment. The windshield wiper fluid line was not tucked in properly and a host of other things. I would probably avoid this site.

Worst place to change your car glass. They don’t respect you as a customer. Doesn’t respect your time. They are arrogant and disrespectful. They need to learn that the day they no longer have customers, they will have to close their doors.

I dont typically write reviews.. but after sitting in the waiting area and watching and listening to the team here working with each other, and customers I have to say I was super impressed. most specifically, the manager Angel… he was super friendly, accommodating and professional…. I had the chance to watch him coach and manage his team, deal with walk ins, phone calls with seemingly difficult situations… he demeanor and approach was very impressive. I own my own business.. it too is a service business… so when im out and about im always assessing service experiences. I have to say, I am impressed with Angel… hes the type of employee that is worth his weight in gold. I just thought he deserved some recognition.

I came in to see if I could get a crack on my windshield fixed, I honestly was in a great mood the whole day and generally I’m a happy person, but the employee Margret was rude and disrespectful and was no help at all and just ruined my day, I didn’t even want to bother asking for more help before even saying what was the problem and didn’t care about the crack in my windshield anymore, I just left with a sour taste in my mouth and took my business else where, I didn’t even know people like this existed till today.

I never usually write reviews but my experience with Margaret compelled me to submit this. I walked into the safelite expecting to be greeted.. didn’t happen. Then I proceeded to speak with the employee at the front (Margaret) and was unfortunately met with attitude and unprofessionalism.

I came in looking for more info and the first lady I met was Margaret, she was quick to give me attitude and not provide me with any help nor direct me in the direction of someone who could. I, still in need of assistance, tried to reason with her. Eventually being turned down, I left.

As I come in today in high spirits to get my car fixed, the lady at the front desk margaret was very unprofessional towards me. I had a couple of questions that went unanswered and I even ignored at one point. She refused to give me any help that I needed I just wish my experience could have been better.
