Jesse has treated my family like we’re his family. We had two garage door openers that were not opening. He troubleshooted them even to the point of changing the 14 lightbulbs of our six outdoor lights. When troubleshooting was exhausted, he called the manufacturer and said both logic boards were bad. What are the odds of that? He talked them into sending us, new boards. Sure enough, once replaced the boards the doors opened will our remotes. The thing that impressed me was his never give up attitude. He was not happy until the job was done to his and my satisfaction. Then today, our door would not shut. You know the blinking lights like something is in the way of the door? Jesse’s partner Barron came, and he has the same thorough attitude as Jesse. He checked the wiring, the angles, and tightened them when perfectly aligned. I had him tune up the door while he was here, and he found that I didn’t have a key to one of my garages; nice catch, long lost over the 20+ years in the house. He replaced that. Of course, the normal, balancing of the doors/springs and lubing them up. You cannot do wrong with Level Up Garage Door Inc. They have my highest recommendation.

Jesse, the founder and owner of Level Up provided great info on the phone, arrived on time and made quick work of adding the digital external pad and the Aladin wireless unit so I can remotely operate my garage doors. He was patient with showing me how to download and use the app. I recommend Level Up for your garage door needs.

From the time I saw the broken spring, to the time Jesse was pulling away already repaired, was 1 hour 43 min. Jesse answered the phone and was at my house within 45 min. He was super courteous, quick and cost effective. Support smaller companies and you will rarely be disappointed. I have been a Realtor for 19 years, Level Up is now my Garage door recommendation. Excellent work and I seriously appreciate the lightning fast service!

Garage door spring snapped and out of all the quotes, Jesse had the best quote and the fastest response time. Had it fixed within 3 hours of him calling me back! Will recommend this company to anyone!

Just bought a house and the home inspectors mentioned that the garage spring wasn’t tight enough. So I called Level Up and Jesse came out and let me know that the real problem was simply that the spring was a little too small, but would likely last a few years anyway, no need to replace the spring right now. Definitely call him if you want honest work.
