We used Continental Door to install a large shop door at the end of last summer. The shop didn’t yet have electricity and still doesn’t 10 months later (we’re expecting to finally get electricity at the site in 1-2 months). In the meanwhile, I’ve needed to manually open the garage door, and on initial install the springs didn’t have enough tension to hold the door all the way up. I probably should have called right away, but it hasn’t been a big enough deal to actually call them and deal with it…until this summer – when we’ve been trying to get our trailer in and out of the shop more frequently. I call Continental and they came out within a few days, tighten the springs, and waived the service call fees for me. Really appreciate their fast response and their willingness to not charge for a service call to tighten the springs that may not have been installed originally with enough tension. Really satisfied with the door, the overall cost of installation, and the fact they fixed it 10 months after original install and didn’t charge me extra for that.

James, thanks for fixing my garage door. — This company has great phone support, they’re punctual, and have great communication. The first three companies I tried working with barely answered their phones or said they were too busy to put me on the schedule. Continental had someone to send out the following day.

Matt did an outstanding job for us. Diagnose the problem right away when he came out. Gave us a date the parts would come in. We scheduled the repairs there on the spot, and when he arrived to make the repairs, quick, professional, and accurate. He even did some extras for us while here, like program all our other garage doors to sync with the new one he installed. Great Guy and great company! We have used Continental several times on other properties in the past and all other experiences just as good!! Highly recommend!

My installer Brent was amazing!!! He showed up on time and was very friendly and detailed. The original door was installed crooked, was very loud and let lots of cold air in during Winter. Brent listened to my concerns and made it right. Now the door works to perfection and is whisper quiet. I would recommend Continental to anyone needing a new garage door!!!
