The process was timely and smooth. They responded quickly to my online request. They were able to send the tech Luke the next day. He sent a text with his name and when he would be arriving and was on time. I have a 50+ year old garage door with mostly original parts. I had replaced the springs years earlier and were now in need of replacement. Found out the springs were 2 different weight ratings and neither was the correct one (were for lower weight doors). Cables (2) were fraying and pulleys (4) were shot. Luke explained 3 different options/price points and I selected the middle option. He performed the work meticulously and professionally in approx.1 hour and it’s like a new door again! He told me my 50 year old wood door was in good shape (which I had also previously advised his manager) and he didn’t try to sell me a new one. He did not try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. He even adjusted the door to sit flush on the floor (no longer have to step on it after it closes) as well as repaired a stripped hinge which was more than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job and my wife and I will sleep better knowing the door is once again back to standard and safe. Yes, I agree the price was a little on the high side (reason for 4 stars instead of 5) but hey, there is a price for quality, safety, and security. I also have a 3 year warranty! Would recommend.

My go to for garage issues. My tech Luke texted his ETA, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly. Repair completed, checked that all was in working order before leaving. Polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Awesome company! I initially got my single garage door installed 2 years ago. The sales rep was great from start to finish. Fast forward to today- I reached out to Precision door due do the garage door shaking a lot when closing. The whole process was butter smooth. Manager Rob messaged me shortly after my request call and briefed me on the upcoming service appt. The next day, Technician Jon W. arrived on site and took care of the problem. All covered by warranty. He was super patient, and waited for me to end my work meeting which I really appreciated. Knowledgeable, professional and kind. Kudos to the team and Jon especially for the great work!
