They came and installed and did a great job however, as soon as they left I had trouble locking the doors. Unfortunately it was a Friday and after hours so the office was closed. I had to tie a rope around the handles to secure the doors. I was nervous the whole weekend and finally on monday I called them and the man who installed said he would come by later that day. Well, today is Tuesday, 5:14 pm and still no one has come or called. I am so upset because my patio were not cheap and to have problems with the locks is unacceptable. I waited 5 months for these expensive doors and have to close them with rope. I will post an update as soon as someone appears!!!

I purchased windows from this company I now realize there product is middle of the road and there customer service is terrible I had a problem with a slider window it cracked internally I sent pictures but without anyone coming out to see it they said warranty claim denied…I now have heard this is common with them. Wish I had that info before I purchased them….

I purchased Assua sliding glass windows through Florida Window and doors 4 years ago. Installers Florida Window and Door have refused to repair or replace corrosive trackers and frames. Assua has refused to even examine the issues I’m having. This is a total disgrace, how can companies get away with installing such poor materials, consumers are at there mercy.

we order thru Home depot more than 200 windows, we got them in February when the installer notice that 3 windows have internal crack, we reported to Home Depot and ask for replacement or refund, The representative from HD told me he sent multiple request and no respond, I call my self and left a message to call me back, no respond as September 9, 2022, website without email, in short you pay and that’s it, shame on Home depot and do not buy from this company

Product was delivered with Low E Failure. Beware of the “Limited Warranty”. The Manufacturer gave me a very hard time and i had to fight with Home Depot for months and months to eventually refund the order due to the product being defective and the manufacturer refusing to do anything besides replacing the glass(Limited Warranty). What a nightmare!!

Junk product, terrible customer service. I purchased a small single hung impact window for my bathroom which I had professionally installed. Two months later the window won’t close anymore. I contact Assura directly being that they are local manufacturer. Of course they blame the installer and refused to honor their warranty . I then contact a professional window repair company who determined on site that the Springs are defective. I then contact Assura again. And as I expected they refused responsibility. I am happy I learned what kind of company they are after one small window and not a whole house of windows.

Assura Windows and doors has proven to be a top shelf company to work with, they go out of their way to make their customers first priority, Kelly sales rep is on top of the job 100%, very happy and will Do business with them again!

Being a new window company and working with our amazing Assura Rep Kelly has made it so easy for us to sell more of Assura products. The 390 impact slider should be called the gliding door because it moves so smooth. We are very happy working with Assura and making it part of our family of products.
