Cal Coast was awesome to work with and I would recommend this company to friends and family. Chris provided excellent service through the job walk, proposal, contract acceptance and at the end of the project with a follow up call to ask how the project went for us. The construction team, Juan, Tim, Jaime, Juan and Luis were very professional, friendly and respectful as they worked inside and out to replace 20 windows in our home. Once the windows were installed the stucco team lead by Victor, proceeded with care to complete the job with excellent customer service and artfully done preparation, replacement and blending of the new stucco with the existing. They worked in extreme heat and I felt everyone cared about the success of the job and the longevity of thier work and product. Lorna in the office was great too! She helped us with permitting and communication with the installers. We are super happy with our new windows. Next up, an exterior paint job 🙂

I am so incredibly happy with the custom windows from Cal Coast Window & Door! I initially worked with Sal who helped me determine what windows I should consider. He didn’t push hard from a sales perspective; he just provided me with straight forward information a/b their products, all my options, what would be the best option based on my budget, provided images and even stopped by one day to show me samples to help me better visualize. Again – no hard pitching or pushing. Just very responsive in a timely manner and was able to offer competitive pricing. The best part was that he was able to offer custom windows that would match the look and feel of my home which is almost 100 years old! Fast forward to the installation – Koba and his team were AMAZING! SO professional, polite, hard working and clean in making sure everything was covered up nicely. Koba is truly a master of his craft. It’s a lot of work with cutting, framing, sealing, etc. as these were custom windows and their work was perfection in every detail. I evaluated a handful of different window companies and know I made the right choice!

Based on neighbor’s high satisfaction, I also chose Cal Coast for new Milgard bedroom windows – didn’t bother getting other bids because of high quality installation by experienced professional workmen. I had 2 teams: father/son Marco&Alex for interior/exterior window tear out/install; then Victor/Jesus for exterior stucco/cement work around windows. These work teams pay attention to detail & noticed previous water damage & repaired it. CalCoast doesn’t cut corners, followed building inspector’s suggestion to use quick dry/better quality cement.Neat & cleaned up all debris indoors/outdoors. Office staff (Mgr David S., Lorna, Gary, owner Rob replied promptly to questions/close communication/explained construction process/compliance to building codes. Outstanding customer service by small business that respects/retains loyal knowledgeable employees. Reasonable price, excellent quality insulated, noise reduction bedroom windows. Milgard Windows are widely sold, but it’s the high quality workmanship/customer service/trust that’s priority. I trust CalCoast integrity- I know I can call them if any problems arise in future. In the process of building an ADU, I reached out to Milgard to bid on Windows for it. They suggested working with Jaime Ledesma. Over a period of 2-3 weeks I peppered Jaime with questions, size of windows, options for glass, and finally was able to get the pricing. He was always ready to satisfy my request and always with a smile. Jaime came with a very competitive price but since I was also buying skylights and glass blocks, I ended up buying from a supplier who provided all of the items. My experience working with Cal Coast Windows, and Jaime specifically, was positive so when my windows in my other house are up for replacement, Jaime will be there person I call.

Cal-Coast Window & Doors service was exemplary from start to finish. Sal came out first and was informative, personable and easy to work with. He was great with communications all along the way during the project. We were super impressed with the installation team. My wife and I had fun calling them “The Daniel’s.” A father and son team that was polite, professional and knew their craft from top to bottom. We felt very fortunate to have such an amazing experience with the Cal -Coast team. We highly recommend their services.

Really happy with the experience working with Cal Coast Window & Door. We worked with Sal to select the windows and Guram did the install. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Communication was seamless and responsive. We did half the windows in our home and are now working with them to do the remaining windows. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Mike setting my family up with the most beautiful entrance and window set they now get to walk in their living room and out the door with smiles on their faces.
