Mark and Austin came this afternoon to replace a 36 yr old Andersen window for us. They were excellent removing the old and installing the new one. They even cleaned 36 years of dirt from the frame before installation. I won’t hesitate to call them should we need any other windows replaced!

I was so disappointed when my window balance dislocated because my window is new. Mark and Austin immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. They tested it to make sure the same problem would not occur again, and recommended ways to keep the window in good condition. They were both friendly and helpful!

I have an Andersen 400 series patio door that has constantly shifted on me over the last year or so. I’ve had to replace every possible component since the door can never seem to be properly adjusted. Andersen support suggested I have it reinstalled, and after trying to find a contractor to do the job, I received quotes from no-bid (and no return call) to $3,200 (we paid $4,000 for the door). Mark from WP spent a good 20-30 min on the phone with me while walking me through his perspective and possible solutions. When that didn’t work, and all of the above quotes were on another planet, Mark and WP agreed to make an exception and drive into Chicago from Plainfield to service my door. I paid a premium, but it was 10% of the cost to reinstall my door and well worth it. Mark and Austin took the time to inspect the issues, review all of the photos and adjustment I had attempted (following the Andersen instructional videos), pointed out the tell tale signs of stress on various components and explain why that happens. They took the time to show me methods of adjusting the door that are not in the consumer version of support videos, so should it happen again, I’ll be better prepared to make a minor adjustment. I’ve found dealing with Mark and Austin, and the entire team at Window Pros extremely professional and above board. They are a model of great service- on time, thorough , courteous and well priced- in short a ton of value. I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend and use them again.

I Ordered Andersen replacement sashes directly from Andersen. Window pros delivered and installed them. Mark came out to double check my measurements before I signed off on the order. After Mark determined that all was good. I signed off on the order. When Window Pros received my order. They called and set up an installation time. Mark and his top notch apprentice showed up on time. They professionally removed and installed my new sashes. The work area was kept protected and clean. They hauled away all of my old sashes and any packing materials. All of my condensation issues are solved. Everything looks and performs great. Only suggestion I have for anyone is. Call Window Pros first before calling Andersen or anyone else. Great Job Window Pros!
