We had a great experience with Martino Glass! They installed new glass for three large windows in our house and it came out great. They were kind, professional, quick to respond and did great work.

I called Martino’s after being recommended by JJ lock to help me with some major door issues. I was roped along for about a month, and promised call backs and answers by the very nice receptionist. I did not receive any sort of communications. I stead I had to call back about 6 times to check on whether or not I was deemed worthy of their services. Turns out, they put me so far down on the priority list that they told me to go somewhere else. I will Never call Martinos for anything ever again . Complete waste of time.

Enlisted their help to make a polycarbonate insert to accommodate a portable A/C in a casement window for a vacation home. It was a bit of a challenge which initially needed a modification. However, upon bringing it back to Josh, he was able to make the adjustments, and now it’s working great & husband is happy and cool! Ashley is lovely. They were great to work with! I will use them again if I buy another unit for downstairs.

Highly recommend this place. Just looked them up to make a referral and saw it’s been 5 years. I should have done this back then! They are eager to work with you on special projects, honest about things that may not work well and they have many good suggestions.

Worst customer service experience. Ordered a large piece of glass. They called and sent 2 guys to measure the space. They said expect the glass in 4 weeks. After about 5 weeks, I called to check on my order. I was told it wasn’t ordered because they lost my phone number and couldn’t call for a deposit. No apology. No urgency to rush a new order in. I was told it would take another 4-6 weeks! My tough luck! I spoke to the owner to explain my story—she hung up on me. Someone needs to go to customer service school. Thank goodness glass is a commodity and I have multiple other choices. Never buy from these clowns!
