One of the seals on a replacement window failed after almost 10 years. The window became cloudy and an eye sore. Called and they ordered a replacement on 4/21 new window was installed on 5/1. Claude was very friendly and personable. This was my first warranty claim and it went very smooth.

We had a new patio sliding glass door installed by Windows R Us and really like the results! Ryan Waugaman came out after the install to make some adjustments and to use my wife’s words, it turned out Amazing! Thank you Ryan and thank you Windows ‘R Us!

Ordered back patio door 5 months later Still no door. They keep saying 3 more weeks. We cancelled the order. Completely unprofessional and didn’t communicate at all. I had to call them.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They replaced all of our windows over a year ago and detroyed our window frames. They were never reliable with when they were to arrive at our house for installs and fixes. Once they completely no showed without calling us. Here we are over a year later and one of my windows is growing mold because it is faulty. I called them in March to request a replacement window they told me no problem. I have not heard a word from them until today which is now the end of July stating that our window is in. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Horrible don’t do it.

They are nice on the phone, but never got back to me with the estimate. It’s a shame because they sounded really knowledgeable and I wanted to work with them. I called quite a few times, and the answer was always the same “we’ll send you a quote in a day or two”. I guess they must be really busy or my job is not worth their time, but I would appreciate a call declining instead of keeping me waiting.

The window was installed wrong. The flashing is sloped back into the window. I’ve been calling off and on, dozens of times, over the past 16 months now and can’t get anyone to fix it. I’m not sure who pays for the damage inside once the caulking fails or how many years it will take to get the problem fixed. I paid a lot to have the window installed and to have the warranty on it and am not too thrilled about having to hire someone else to fix it or to pay to rent a brake and buy metal to fix it myself.
