I am so very happy with my new windows! The installers were amazing! 2 large windows removed, new ones installed in 2 hours! They cleaned up and made sure all was perfect! I will recommend Metropolitan Windows to all my friends and family!

We highly recommend Metropolitan Window Co. We replaced our front door and slider out to the deck. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. The new Provia front door is stunning. It added to the curb appeal of the house. The sliding door is a huge improvement over what was there. We will definitely use Metropolitan again!

I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful people that Metropolitan Window Company twice!! In 1997, I worked with John, the owner, and Marty, the installer. In 2024, Carolyn was my sales rep and Paul, Marty’s son, was the installer. Carolyn was punctual, friendly and highly knowledgeable of her product. Her advice/expertise not only helped me in my decision making, but also with cost saving options. She informed me of the current offers, financing, and kept me up to date on my order. Paul and his crew were also punctual, friendly, thorough and fun to work with. They were careful and extremely neat. Attention was given to the smallest detail. Paul made sure everything was working properly & answered any questions after the installation was completed. Metropolitan is a smaller, local, family/consumer friendly business. Their customer service is excellent and their products are of high quality. If you are in the market for new windows, look no further than Metropolitan Window Company!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I had Metropolitan windows installed last week and they look and operate great. The existing windows were hard to operate due to their age and were extremely difficult to clean. These windows are easy to operate and clean. The install crew worked hard and cleaned up very well.

Every step of the way with Metropolitan Window Company has been very professional and easy. It all started with discussions with our salesman Jeff, who was knowledgeable, friendly, low-pressure, and would respond to our questions immediately and even after hours. Next, it was our scheduler Matt, who was also very responsive in answering questions and flexible in scheduling our installation. And then it was our installers who we could tell were quite skillful in their trade, very efficient, and also cleaned up at the end of each day. And finally, we received several calls from the owner, Maggie, to check in on the different phases and see how everything was progressing and if we needed anything. From start to finish, it was a very easy and seamless process, and the windows look great.
