Trudoor makes it so easy to see what you are purchasing and I just ordered (3) commercial steel doors with jams and hardware today for the first time. I’ll do a follow up when I receive the doors and can inspect the quality. So far, the ordering process is very good!

Excellent experience! Andy and everyone/everything from web site fill in the blank ordering to updating information and shipping notifications to delivery were exceptional. I was told locally it would cost $2500 for the door stating it was a special order. Trudoor gave more options and much better service and the fill in the blank ordering told me the name of the door. Even with shipping from Arizona to Virginia the cost was $1380. I installed it myself with no alterations needed, just remove the screws from the frame set the new door in place and mount the new hinges with the new screws in the same holes. I’ve already told the landlord who owns many other properties and the guys who I had gotten estimates from. Thanks again for what these days is a rare quality buying experience.

It would be reasonable, if the item was large in size, but the way this company utilizes its shipping methods which are way too high price wise. It takes them at least a month in order to receive your product.This is domestic shipping. Keep in mind we aren’t talking about a custom-made product or a large in size product. fairly small actually.

I recently needed to replace the Drip Cap Door Bottom Sweeps for most of the 20-year old exterior doors at my church, so I ordered one pair through Trudoor to see if they would work. It turned out that the replacements I ordered were the same sweeps as what was already installed on the doors, and the metal part of our existing sweeps were still in good condition, so all I really needed was the vinyl inserts (which weren’t separately listed as being available), rather than complete assemblies. I contacted TruDoor, and Ana gave me the number of their supplier. I got the part number for the inserts and passed that info to Ana, who immediately sent me a quote and payment information. I was extremely impressed with her willingness to obtain an item that wasn’t in their catalog, and her immediate response times. She helped save my church several hundred dollars by making it possible for me to order just the inserts instead of the full assemblies.
