This place is pretty fast and efficient in my opinion. They have a decent selection to choose from and are fairly helpful with things you might want to know. I would recommend doing business with them or least checking it out. 4/5 stars.

Customer service was terrible. Bill, who I assume is the owner, has a very nasty way of dealing with customers. I understand people can be frustrating and persistent but to scream at a customer over the phone “for calling too much” regarding details on a custom door order is uncalled for and unprofessional. I would never do business with them as long as this man is on site. Beware of Bill and Cannon Doors and Trim!

Zero Stars is more fitting for this business review. I have witnessed the owner Bill scream at customers for calling for a price on doors. We have been working with Bill for nearly 6 months on a large upscale home with many doors needed. As we got closer and closer to our deadline (still needing doors today) he became more irritable with every call we exchanged. Finally, I personally witnessed Bill tell us “You people call me every f*cking day, just go somewhere else!” I have never seen anybody treat a human being with such disrespect when they are about to spend a large sum of money at your place of business. Please be aware of Bill and his business, Cannon Doors & Trim. I will gladly be going somewhere else for doors even if that means I run past my budget and deadlines. I can’t imagine actually working with this man.

Bill gave a quote in December for new doors, he came and measured told me due to Covid the supplier in Cali were low, he came back a second time to make sure a measurement was correct. I also needed a door flipped he said he would wait till he could order the doors before taking my door off and he would let me know when he could get doors ordered from Cali. I texted him today March 2nd for a update he called me back I told him who I was he says I didn’t think you were doing it you never got back with me I said Bill we talked twice I said yes he says I assumed you went with someone else and you didn’t give me a deposit I told him he never asked me for a deposit. Just sent me the estimate nor does the estimate ask for a deposit I have no problem giving a deposit but I assumed it was because you said you couldn’t order the doors yet. He said no he still takes deposits and told me he’s not going to argue with me I could go somewhere else I told him no I’m not arguing at all he then hung up on me. Bill was very nice the first 2 times he came out. Now I’m stuck trying to find someone else when I’ve wasted few months waiting on Bill thinking it was due to Covid shortage supply. Was no reason to hang up on me either I was not argumentative or rude. Unfortunately Covid has made many business loose good customer service skins.
