Absolutely the best! They did our windows, doors, and roof. The work was phenomenal! They were professional, they worked with us and our insurance company, they made fabulous suggestions, they kept us updated, and they were always very responsive to our questions. We cannot thank them enough!!!

They did my mom’s windows and they look fantastic. It’s been over 6 months, and they have held up through the summer and all winter. The house was very old, but they knew exactly how to remove and insulate the old weighted windows. It was really hot on a summer day, but the work was done in a single day to put up 7 new windows. It was fantastic! We loved their work!

Tom is the best! They did my windows and siding at the old house and I couldn’t have been happier. When we moved I called him up because a screen was missing from one of our windows and not only did he find the correct one, he installed it while I was at work. Tom and his guys are extremely professional so if you need any work done please give them a call!

Hired this company to replace the shingles on my house. I encouraged them to take advantage of the over 45 degree days, as the manufacturer (Certainteed) recommended. They insisted on doing the work below that temp, and stored the materials outside in 30 degree temps. (also against the installation guide from Certainteed). They do what contractors always do, tell you ‘oh, it’ll be ok” when it wont. IT WILL be ok for them, but not for the consumer. My roof looks wavy and lumpy where frozen shingles were attempted to be installed flat, the ridge vent is crooked and choppy, and I doubt the roof will last anywhere near it’s normal expectancy. On top of all this, I told them I had Gutter Helmut, and they told me they have done 500 jobs or more with Gutter Helmut. I called Gutter Helmut while they were working, and having them do the work with Gutter Helmut invalidated my warranty. I am waiting for an estimate from Gutter Helmut on how much it will cost me to correct the incorrect re-installation of my Gutter Helmut. Overall, I have been charged about $16,000 for a roof,(the contractor says he will fix it- I have no idea how) have an incorrectly installed, visibly poor job AND my expensive Gutter Helmut (which works fantastic!) needs expensive service now. Gutter Helmut even told me most roofing contractors know to call Gutter Helmut before starting a job.

Magnusson was amazing to work with. The owner is deeply dedicated to providing quality work and his entire team were very nice and respectful. They took extra steps to clean up behind themselves and my house is BEAUTIFUL!
