Dane and his team were professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They replaced 5 windows original to our home whose seals had been compromised and had developed moisture in between the panes of glass. We couldn’t even see through the windows. After the Home Exterior team replaced our glass with a better quality product that the builder had included, it was like having a new home. The team was very tidy and cognizant of our interior furnishings throughout the process. I’ll definitely call on Dane should we need to replace more windows.

Dane and his crew were so easy to work with. They removed and replaced all of the siding and all of our doors and windows. Our house looks amazing. Highly recommend. 5 STARS ALL.DAY.LONG

I know this will hit home for so many individuals as often companies target elderly to make a quick buck – this company has lied, manipulated, failed to fulfill their contract, and essentially commit fraud and a scam! My elderly mother, who works full time and who cares for my older, significantly disabled brother, entered into a contract with Home Design Exteriors – they failed, beyond belief, to follow through the terms of the contract and complete the work. My mother has been emailing Dane (owner) at Home Design Exteriors since before October 20, 2023 to try and get them to complete the contract and work. In all those emails, she has received NO RESPONSE whatsoever from Dane or the company. The company failed to install patio doors, and completely ghosted my mother. They have left an elderly woman and disabled man in a very hard situation, and it is clear, they have no intention of completing the contract. The won’t respond, have terrible customer service, and seemingly are trying to scam my mother. They feel that if they don’t respond, she will go away. That is not the case and I will be seeing this through until there is resolution. It is unethical beyond belief to do this to any individual. I will add, the company did respond one time and say they would finish the work and give her a $1000 discount, but then have not responded to her 4 follow up emails. We have that in writing, and obviously, Dane, Owner, and Home Design Exteriors (a local company) is hoping to not honor that and simply ignore her. I am looking forward to receiving a reply to this review.

These guys installed new windows at my condo. Love the windows, look and work amazing. Installation, service and all around work was excellent. They know their stuff and do top notch work! Highly recommend.

Be prepared for this company to not respond to any calls, emails, or texts once the installation process is finished. Our bay widow has leaked from day one. That was over 2 years ago and we are still trying to get a response. Dane did finally come out this past September to look at our windows and our neighbors windows which are also faulty. Neither of us has heard from him since. I have texted over 10 times and left numerous voicemails on both his phone numbers. Nothing. Please read 1 star reviews before using this company. Find a company that cares. Dane is the worst contractor we have ever dealt with. Their brochure states they have an A+ rating with the BBB. This is False advertising! Their rating is actually an F+. Read the reviews on the BBB. Save yourself future frustration and go somewhere else.

Home Design Exteriors repaired siding on my house a few weeks ago. Dane was very responsive to my concerns and answered all my questions. They showed up when they said they would and completed the repairs on time and at a reasonable price. The workers were experienced and very conscientious and all in all it was a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend Home Design Exteriors for siding.

I’m so happy and pleased with these windows. The windows are beautiful, I feel like I’m looking thru art glass. I’m also impressed with how warm I am in our cold weather recently. My windows are Great !!!
