We purchased our customized doors back in 2019 and I definitely agree to a certain extent with some of the recent negative comments. However, just an FYI, it’s under new ownership. We recently had water seep in through our doors with the recent rain. I contacted palmview doors and thought I was going to have another bad experience. Mr. Chapa Sr. however, made it clear that he recently took over the company. He went above and beyond to take care of our issue. Yes, it took a few days to get it done, but he was upfront with me from the beginning about the time frame. If you’re having issues, I highly suggest to contact Mr. Chapa Sr and he will definitely take care of you. Keep in mind that you might have to wait a little bit due to the fact that he’s trying to take care of previous issues/concerns with other customers. Thank you Mr. Chapa. Give Palmview Doors another chance.

Can’t get them to come fix the door, never received door handles we ordered from them, too many NO SHOW scheduled that I’ve lost count, they take your money and treat you horrible afterwards. Don’t do business with them. AVOID!

Horrible customer service and compulsive liars. They never call back or show up to fix door issues. Everyday was the same excuse. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to purchase doors from this business.

My husband and I highly do not recommend Palmview doors to anyone!!! We are extremely unhappy with their services. They are obviously not in business to satisfy the customer. We liked our new exterior door however the service that they provided is absolutely terrible. They automatically assume what style of door trim you will want on the inside of your home. The right thing to do would be to ask the customer if their standard door trim is the style they want. I wish we would have known it was going to be a standard trim so we could have asked in advance to please make us the style we did want. Also, they only will make 2 trips out to you. So if you do not have your door knobs ready for installation when they install your door they will not go back and install for you. My husband and I called almost everyday for maybe about 2-3 weeks because we were told they would come out to install the trim we wanted and our door knob and every time they said “ok the men will be going out there today” and of course they NEVER came. It was always the run around! We just think the worst part of all of this is that they lied; said they would do something so many times and never did. They don’t care and probably because we paid them; at least they got what they wanted… our money. Complete waste of our worry and time!!!! Also, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! What a shame. They don’t even deserve one star👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible customer service!!! I have called this place multiple times after having issues with their manufactured/custom door. They never returned any of my calls, and when they finally did, they never showed up for the repairs. This happened several times and didn’t even have the decency to call to inform us they would not be showing up. They are great at selling you their product but be careful if defective or repairs are needed, go elsewhere!!
