I would like to give a Big Thank You to L&L Door and Window for a great experience from start to finish for my remodel project. We sent our measurements in for our windows and receive the windows at there estimated time. They have a great staff that comes with excellent customer service and support. Any questions we had were answered immediately .I highly recommend L&L Door and Window to any homeowner installing new windows themselves because of their knowledge and experience .They have a very nice show room with many options to choose form for your home remodel projects .I will definitely recommend and will use them for all my future remodel project .Thank you again for your excellent customer service and support.

Great product. Great service from start to finish. Sales understood exactly what we wanted and we got exactly what we wanted. Installers were aware of what needed to be done and accomplished exactly that in a very professional and timely manner. No mess left behind, all questions answered as needed. We would definitely use again if needed.

Recently we had five sliders and two kitchen windows installed by L&L. The process was very easy and went according to plan. I ended up having a bit of an issue with my HOA with regards to the color of the windows and the staff, especially Felicia, were extremely helpful in securing the info needed in order to get our install approved. The installer Jesus and Aaron were great. They were at my house for two days installing and were very communicative and kept me informed and each process and were helpful in keeping my updated so that I could move my pets into other areas as they prepared each of the areas. I’m very happy with the products and would recommend them as they kept me informed of the process and install dates and what was expected of me in order to make the install as painless as possible.

We could not be happier with the service that L&L provided!! Not only are the windows perfect, they were priced better than all of their competitors, the install team was fantastic and when we had permit delays on our remodel they couldn’t have been more helpful to adjust our install date. If you are looking for windows in the desert area, save time and start with a meeting with the L&L team!!
