My pella door sliding door was very hard to pull open and closed. Service person let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done and the cost. They can only use Pella parts on a Pella door. Performed the repair and made sure everything was good, door would slide easily, lock, and unlock before I paid. Personable and professional service.

Just had a wonderful experience with Alexander, told me what was wrong with my patio door that has never been looked at in 15 years but was quickly fixed. Told me everything he was going to do step-by-step and didn’t charge anything extra! you can tell he takes pride in his work and loves what he does! What a wonderful family owned company!
