We vetted four different window providers for a commercial location on Lee Road in Winter Park. After careful consideration, decided to go with Mansion Windows and Doors. The quality of the product recommended and the flawless installation proved we made the right choice. The service, before, during and after was exceptional and provided for an outstanding experience. The team demonstrated both diligent and superior effort in meeting our needs, really above and beyond. They are a well integrated team. Hannah made sure all team members had the necessary information in a timely and accurate manner. She responded, even if it was her day off. She went the extra mile to ensure we could schedule a Saturday installation to minimize disruption to our business and Clients. Jeff did an impeccable job in our pre-installation walk-thru and answered every question we asked. He offered valuable suggestions and provided expert guidance. He deftly accommodated last minute changes with poise and was a great point man to have. The lead installer, Johnny, was so customer-focused and worked to minimize noise and interruption. He kept us informed every step of the way. He even came in on Sunday to provide the finishing touches. It was like magic, as if new windows magically appeared one day, no clean up, no hassle, just a seamless install. We will be returning for doors and additional products. A true pleasure to work with. Mismatched and scratched locking levers and doors that don’t close all the way. Not just one but on all of the Eurowall doors. They came out to fix them and this was the condition they left it in.

I am not sure how this company actually stays in business. I attempted to get a quote on 4 different occasions for 8 windows that I needed. I sent 2 emails with the measurements and heard nothing back. So I called and wasted my time twice talking to whomever answered the phone. I was told that I would have a quote within 3-5 days…nothing..twice. If you are the owner of this company you might want to check in on your guys answering the phones, you aren’t getting some orders.

Mansion windows and doors are the best! The replaced our French doors with beautiful sliding glass doors. They were very professional and perfectionist to a point beyond my expectations. They were very committed to do the job the right way and handled some tricky issues with support and fit. Their work transformed our house and gave us an amazing view of the lake we did not previously have. I fully recommend them!
