Sliding door glass shattered. I called this company, some guy told me to send some pictures and dimension via text. He text back asking if it was double pane, I said no, and he ghosted me. Waited 5 hours for an update or response. Just a text saying “let me get some quotes”, but nothing. So I just found someone else to do the work same day, and texted 24hr sliding door repair that I no longer needed their service. So unprofessional. -My Response to the business- Did anyone check out their response before they deleted it? Need further prove the company is unprofessional? They replied to my review basically attacking me for not respecting local businesses. They said they tried calling and texting me but I ghosted them Btw, the thing about the text, is a lie. They only text me back a vague “call us back” once I told them I found someone else. And their right, I did ghosted them, BECAUSE I told them I got someone else to do the work! Why would I still need to communicate with them AFTER texting “I found someone else”?? Further more, they didn’t just call me back. They harassed me. Called 5 times in a row for 2 days straight, Again.. AFTER I told them I found someone else. So tell me who doesn’t respect who? 24hr sliding door repair is a joke. Just a bunch of individuals working out of a garage that specialise in sliding door wheels from what I can gather from all the ratings. And they seem to have a hard time with rejection.
