Such a great experience with this company! I called after hours to leave a message and was surprised to be able to speak to someone and get a repair scheduled for the next day. Jack was there right on time the next day and so kind and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently to get our garage door up and running in no time. I can’t overstate how pleased I am with the work that Technician, Tanner did on the garage door and lift components today. He was prompt, kind, approachable, and 100% professional. He assessed the issues, informed me of repair options, and quickly made the repairs needed. I’ve been a homeowner for a long time, having numerous repairs done over that period. I can honestly say this was the overall best experience I’ve had on ANY repair or project. He educated me on how to better care for the garage door and was genuinely a good guy. Thanks, Tanner🙏🏿 At 7:45a today, I didn’t even know my garage door wouldn’t open. By 11:45 my springs, cables, and bearings were fresh, shiny and new. I can barely even hear my garage door now. “Precision” is exactly the right word!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
