I called this morning to schedule to have my garage door looked at. A few hours later they were at my door. Their tech was courteous and knowledable. He gave the door a tune up including tightening and adjusting rails and opener. We’re happy with the service. No hard sell, he made a few suggestions which I passed on but he didn’t push it just completed what we wanted.

My garage door torsion spring broke, I called to see when someone would be able to come out, she told me a technician would call me, he called within 15 mins and said he would be here in 20 mins. Their price was very reasonable, the technician was very quick and very friendly. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend O’Fallon Garage Door Repair.

Called today to get the motor and sensors replaced, thinking they would probably have me set up an appointment. I was surprised when they told me someone would be over with in 2 hours. As said he showed up and replaced everything quickly! Still can’t believe how fast they had someone get here to replace everything. Definitely recommend! Wish I remembered the installers name

Shon was great.. very knowledgeable and prompt.. he came same day i called diagnosis my problem and had my garage system install asap.. I appreciate this company and will most definitely use again.. thank you Pamela Mobley is my name..

Tom was amazing a different tech came out unfinished the job for my change out on my garage door and Tom came out personally to my home and did an amazing job. He is very good and he has exceptional customer service. I would recommend. Two thumbs up Great job and great work.

They did an amazing job! He was quick and efficient with the initial quote and was able to have a quick turn around time for the repair. He came prepared and was in and out quickly! Our garage door has never sounded better! Highly recommend. Also seemed honest in not trying to do anything unnecessary just to charge more money.
