We ordered our front house window and one small back window in February . It’s been 18 weeks. It’s non refundable so we can’t even cancel our order. We have called several times, the first few times, they had zero updates for us and hadn’t even checked with the manufacturer until we asked to speak with a supervisor. Now all of a sudden one of the windows didn’t pass inspection according to what they are saying the manufacturer told them. But up until then, they hadn’t even done their job to check on their customers orders. My husband called spoke with them and the lady on the phone said it would take up to 12 weeks, then 15 weeks now it’s been 18 weeks. And basically said, welp, we can’t do nothing else. It’s our policies. Not once since we ordered have we received a phone call with an update. Ever. When they said one window didn’t pass inspection, we had to call to find out. No call was given to us till now they set a delivery date for July. How about make your paying customers satisfied with their hard earned money that they are paying you with? It’s just sad that customer service is not their priority & of course they don’t want to lose money so they don’t let you cancel. We won’t be using them for our next orders. We have an old home and will be needing more windows. They unfortunately lost our business. I guess we wait for another month. I hope this doesn’t interfere with our order as we have yet to receive it next month. I am an honest customer letting others know what we experienced so others can decide for themselves. I truly hope this company does better for their future. Update: You do have an open order because we finally got an update for delivery on July 20th. Maybe this is part of the problem, not knowing which orders you do have. Of course, it’s not under my name, it’s my husband’s name.

It was overall a good and professional experience. 3 windows didn’t fit so I had to wait for trim to be ordered to assist with the installation but I am enjoying the new windows and the staff I encountered were all very kind and meticulous with the task.
