Installed a window from these people 2 years ago. Picture window with a double hung window on each side. This window leaks profusely all winter and probably summer we just can’t feel it on warm days. It is so cold by this window you can not sit next it in the winter, wind blowing or not. The double hung windows have so much condensation that they have ice in between the panes. When we have snow and wind I have snow on the inside of the window. I have pictures to prove this happened. A man from the company came and looked at the window, made a minor adjustment and when left, he said that the company would take care of it. Well that was the last I have heard or talked to anyone from windowsbyunlimited. I have sent emails to the gentleman that was here and to the home office in Wisconsin. The only reply was from the first gentleman, he said that he told the maintenance department and they would reach to me. They have not! Bad product, bad maintenance department and bad customer service department! I would give zero stars but 1 is as low as they go.

We had a window with two side crankouts installed about 25 years ago and the only issue we have had is needing to replace some latches. In fact I called a few weeks ago and even though they don’t use those latches anymore Darryl tracked some down for me and no charge. Would recommend them.

The owner is a very disrespectful individual who bullies their employees… specially young minority personal. I would never buy from these guys, they are very discriminatory. Saw it with my own eyes!

Warranty is in question after over a year and a half of not getting my issues resolved. I still don’t have them resolved after 4 years. Salesman came and looked at the issues and said he would get back to me and never did.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with their products and service. Reading some of the negative reviews makes me question the installation of the product. Any window/door is only as good as its installation and installation is out of the control of manufacturers such as Unlimited.

Moldy wood used in shipping packaging, owners don’t care about mold allergies for employees either wouldn’t recommend buying windows here their behind on orders so it’ll take forever too

Don’t even want to give them a star. We received 4 new windows from them. And one patio door. Patio has many issues. All screens did not fit. They have had my screens to fix now for 2 months. Called them on what hold up is. They won’t come back out to our home again until they have another job in our area?!?! What so I may not get my screens for what weeks, months, years? By looking at reviews it could be years.. don’t purchase from them and if you use a middle man make sure your windows will not be coming from Unlimited.

Love my windows! Easy to operate, they look fresh and modern . If i have any problems I just call up the company and they come out. Yes, there is a labor charge AFTER the 1st year, which is stated IN the warranty. A lot of these 1 & 2 stars sound like installation problems and should take that up with their contractors, not the window manufacturer.
