Made appointment for our Chelsea building (between 12pm-1pm) on 11/14/2023. But they did not show up on scheduled time nor update us on their delay. We contacted them few times (4-5 times), all their responses say “will be at our property in 15-30 minutes..”. Finally after waiting for more than 3 hours, we gave up and ask not to come. This company have no respect for their client’ time!

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible, non-professional experience. Had a request for quote on an emergency repair on a residential bldg’s main entrance door. Had to repeatedly reach out to them for updates with each inquiry given a promise to follow up that never happened. Twice they missed expected arrival time and didn’t even bother to call with explanation or apologies. Proceed with caution!!!

Professional, polite and know what they are doing. They came in diagnosed the issue gave options . Scheduled and came on time fixes the issue in no time . Definitely would recommend and hire them again

Instead of “Door Guys” these guys should be called door masters! We had oil leaking from our door and Rom was so quick to respond and give us a free estimate. They also were able to come in the next day on a scheduled time. Not only did they come earlier, they also completed the job super quickly. Our door has no more leaks and works perfectly. Thank you so much for helping our office!

Walking in my home my door made a loud creek that only got worse as the door opened and closed more, only to figure out my door’s hinges were broken. The Door Guys came very quickly and were done with the job within 15-20 minutes. Excellent service, and the guys were happy to fix the handle and lock on my bathroom door as well. For people that are experiencing problems with a door and need it fixed or replaced, these guys are the real deal!!
