Called this company to give me an estimate for two large windows…gentleman came out…spent 20 minutes taking measurements and telling me about their products…he says if you have any questions call me…I never received my quote that same day as they advertised…I emailed the guy that took the measurements and asked about the status of my quote… never replied and Never got my quote…they definitely lost my business…how rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

One door came in fine and the front door was delayed. At first they weren’t going to install the sliders until the front door came in because, to quote Rob, we don’t like to split them up. Even though, as of today 12 days later, he has no idea when the front door will come in. After MUCH pressure they came and installed the back slider we still have no answer on when the front door will come in. And the only updates I get is when I call.

Placed a special order. They said “no problem”. After 2 months and 3 different excuses. No product. Strongly suggest you stay far far away from this company.

Indian River replaced all of our windows and doors with PGT impact rated windows and doors. Windows on two-story house with doors including 3 sliders, front double doors and 3 single doors. We placed the order in June of 2021 and the doors and windows came in May of 2022. Initially, Indian River expected delivery before the end of 2021, but PGT did not deliver until May of 2022. Not the fault of Indian River. With the current supply chain issues, you need to be patient, but they did an excellent job. The installation was not over quickly, but they made certain that everything was completed to our satisfaction. We recommend this company.

In asking around for a glass company many people recommended Indian River (nobody else 😏). Now we understand why. Even tho it was a simple mirror cleanup Indian River went above and beyond. They taught me what I wanted and why it matters (edged and sealed). They did overnight service and have me a nice Christmas discount. I can’t imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

We had Indian River install a new shower door for our condominium. One of the floor actually broke after about 6 months. Robert came out immediately and ordered us a new door free of charge. His team replaced it fast. There communication, professionalism and quality is top notch. I highly recommend them for any project.

If you’ve never thought about using Indian glass River you are absolutely out of your mind not only were they on time, amazing at what they did.. mind you they operated this all while I was at work handled everything accordingly ….they are the best most sincere team of people I could not be more satisfied with the job that they did ….handled it amazingly and also not to mention a timely Manor and the job alone was absolutely amazing I’m so thankful for the team of people that helped me today they are who you want to spend your money with shout out to Al for being so helpful and amazing at his job if you never thought about using them you better think again

Aside from being one of THE prime Window Shops in NSB, and certainly one of the oldest shops in town…no matter how the faces, names, and owners change, whomever takes your order, fabricates or installs these ordered product(s), or for some odd reason takes care of the warranty issues you may have, these guys are PROFESSIONALS. Quality products, workmanship, and installation, these guys have honed their craft…highly recommend!
