Just go ANYWHERE else. So many problems starting from salesman ,measuring wrong ,faulty installation ,no shows when coming to fix leaks. Check out how many times Owner Karl Rothacker filed bankruptcy then started up again under different names . I have gone as far replacing the insulation in wall for being wet to Rothacker telling his people just to go out to my house been there many times before 9 years later leaking. Now new windows AGAIN CVS Rothacker Good by forevermore. Nice try , trying turn it around. Bottom line measured wrong install wrong and windows leak for the 4th time. I’m finally done with you. Getting new installed soon.

Customer service nightmare. Parts missing, windows measured incorrectly, miscommunication with installation contractors. I would never recommend using CVS for new windows.

I have used CVS windows on 3 homes on own in New Castle. Two of the homes were total replacements. I ordered windows for two more homes One in New Castle and one in Emlenton. Although the windows have been in stock since October they have not been installed because the installer is refusing to travel to Emlenton complete just one job. We know this because he Informed us directly of his intent not to put in our windows in a timely fashion. CVS has been a nightmare to deal with. After many threatening calls CVS has finally today agreed to put the windows in. They have to hire an outside installer to come and install the window in Emlenton. They state they will be here on Tuesday of next week. My recommendation is not to sell windows outside New Castle if your installer refuses to put them in. We have been loyal customers and this whole experience was quite annoying and disappointing. We have a 6500 bid in for windows on half a duplex. We would have used them for both that job and the other half. Because of the nightmare over the window in Emlenton we will find a new window installer company.

Window became frosted,I was responsible for ordering new window from MFG. When window arrived 4 months later,CVS installed and cracked the glass. CVS now tell me I have to reorder new sash from MFG. If MFG will send anothe rlooks like another 4 months. CVS should be responsible. This company DID NOT stand behind the LIFETIME warranty,it is customer responsibility to secure new window from MFG and CVS only does the install. What a joke.

We needed soffit, facia & gutter work as well as replacement of a couple large garden windows. It took a week for John to come out and give us an estimate, which was no big deal. That was a Thursday. He said he would have an estimate to us by Monday. Two weeks later I call to ask if they are going to send an estimate. The next day I get an email from Josh (no last name and not sure who he was) who said the owner, again not named, would get back to us. A couple days later I get another email from Josh who says the owner has opted not to bid on the gutter job. It took them almost a month to decide they didn’t want the job. I asked what about the windows, and Josh says he didn’t know they were bidding on windows, he would get back to me. I haven’t heard anything. Meanwhile I called another company who came out immediately, gave us a bid on the spot and is starting the work within 2 weeks. CVS, really unprofessional and seems really unreliable. We won’t call them again for anything.

Our house looks amazing!!! CVS was very professional, prompt and friendly! They did an excellent job on siding our farmhouse…and I am not the easiest to please lol! The crew cleaned up everything clear down to the tiniest of nails! We were surprised to see the owner come out several times to make sure everything was going accordingly! Couldn’t ask for a better company or crew! Highly recommended! Thank you to everyone at CVS!

You can not reach these people at all most times by phone. Thet continue to let it ring, ive waited twice for a little over 30 mins each tine until i hung up cause no one would answer. Great way to run a business huh?
