Their team’s attention to detail was evident from start to finish, ensuring that every aspect of the installation process was meticulously executed. They took great care to properly case the drywall around the windows, leaving a seamless finish. Additionally, they went above and beyond by thoroughly checking and double-checking each window to ensure they were installed correctly and functioning perfectly. On time. Professional. Took care of business. When things came up (rot) they were able to handle it and a couple requests on the fly. Timely too. They would have got the low end of their time frame if not for unexpected issues in my home. Regardless, they still made it within the time frame they told me.

Local Eindow World has a great reputation and their prices can’t be beat. Waiting 3-4 months to get mine installed, so will review when done.

I wanted to say thank you to Jennifer, Aaron and the whole team at Window World. Even though the windows took long (this was expected do to shipping delays) they did a great job handling everything. The install was unbelievably stress free. If they ran into any issues they just took care of it. The staff is super friendly and work hard to deliver a great experience. We will definitely use them again.

I will tell you this…. You will not find a better company or installers.. they are very good and reasonably priced. It’s day 2 of my 16 windows install and I’m very very impressed so far. The installers did my elderly father’s part of the house first so that he can rest and not be bothered. They are very fast and efficient. I’m a very honest homeowner and when I tell you these people and company are great… I mean it.

Plumes of saw dust covered my living room until I insisted they do a better job of containing it as they cut out original windows. They stapled plastic in 8 places around each window. It left holes and chipped paint when they ripped it down. Installer used leaf blower to clean up before caulk was dry and imbedded pine needles into caulk. Installer left excess cut marks in my wood siding without sealing or repairing them. Installers left before sealing basement window with spray foam as agreed so the supervisor had to come back to do it.. AND they knocked over a walkway light under one of the windows, basically ripping it out of the ground, and blatantly denied it! They didn’t even offer a reduction in price for the carnage they reaped on my home. Survey at end of service was not confidential as the installer stood next to me as I filled it out. Sloppy work – I would not recommend.
