Nicky showed up on time as he promised, changed the seal, which is all that I asked him to do, then lubricated the wheels, adjusted the opener and thoroughly tested the door! Fast and very very good at his job! Good old fashioned customer service and a nice guy too!

Nikki (office person who responded to my call) was very courteous and knowledgeable. Had me send pictures of the door issue and came back quickly with a very reasonable quote for repair. Brian came to the house only an hour or so after my call and quickly got to work. He too was very courteous, professional, and competent. He completed the work in under an hour including the repair, leveling the door, re-greasing it, and performing a preventive maintenance on the whole thing. I then asked for a quote to replace the old Wayne Dalton Quantum head unit including motor, remotes, and wall switch with a new LiftMaster to compare their price to a replacement performed on our other garage door by someone else a few months ago. Bella Door’s price was nearly half of what the other company charged us. When the motor finally dies on this side I will definitely call Bella Doors to do the job! Thank you Bella Doors for taking care of my broken garage door problem – quickly, professionally, and a great price!

Bella Doors helped me within the an hour of calling them because my garage door opened but would not close. I needed a cable rewind and the torsion tube to be properly leveled. I have used their services 3 times now and I am always satisfied by their professional service.

This was the second time we used Bella Doors. They fixed a broken spring and replaced seals the first time, and they installed a new garage door opener this time. In both instances, Nikki and Manny were wonderful- great customer service, prices, and work.
