So glad that we decided to go with family owned Energy Swing Windows and Doors to replace our front door. We had a great experience from start to finish. The owner is very hands on and was the one who came to our home initially for the estimate. He explained how the entire process works and how the warranties worked. The installers Fred and Steve were on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Their clean up afterwards was impeccable. So glad that we decided to use this company and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of replacing their doors or windows.

After exploring many options, we chose Energy Swing to replace two doors in our home. Why? Price is competitive but the service is superior. They do not sub-contact any work and their warranty is outstanding! We got a back door and side door. This was the first time purchasing exterior doors for a home and Donny made it a breeze. He sat down in our living room with us and the dogs and walked us through everything. From there it went to Jeff who handled the scheduling of the door measurement. Justin came out to measure the opening in a timely fashion. Then once they got a ship date from Provia, Jeff got us scheduled for install. Everything was done in the time frame that Donny originally provided us when we signed. It was actually done a bit sooner. The longest period of time is a few weeks when Provia is building the doors and you’re waiting for the ship date. The day of install was also a breeze. Fred, Steve G., and Steve S. were awesome. They arrived timely, walked us through everything they were going to do, executed the install on one of the hottest days of the year (95+ degrees outside) and didn’t complain once. They were very friendly, enthusiastic, and overall great guys to work with. After install they cleaned everything up and walked us through operation of the blinds and explained the caulking would be wet for a little while. I took a picture with them and we were good to go! After using for a couple of days I started to notice a couple of small things. A little seam of light coming through the top and bottom corners on the latch side of one door. I also noticed that the new trim sat a fraction of an inch off of the drywall. I promptly called their service line and Tony quickly got back to me. He then came out a couple of days later, assessed the situation, walked through some options, and then got everything squared away to my satisfaction. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We plan to use them again in the future when we do windows and a front entry door. Highly recommend!!

I love our new doors. The entire process was wonderful from start to finish. Donny walked us through the options, was mindful of our experience with other companies and addresses all our concerns. The measurement process was easy. And the day of install the team (Fred, Steve and Steven) were also amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, they answered all the curious questions my kids had. The dog loved them (that’s always a good sign). And the doors are beautiful. We got front and back and storm doors on both. I have already and will continue to recommend Energy Swing to others.

We haven’t been able to open the new windows yet due to the high heat but we are pleased with how they look. Everything went smoothly from our meeting with Chris and then Justin. We got our windows installed sooner than expected. We appreciated the time and workmanship Tony and Dale took to make sure the windows were installed perfectly. We are happy we went with Energy Swing Windows.

We had two sliding glass doors (with blinds inside the glass) and four double hung windows installed. We had a few companies come to look at the job, but we just didn’t feel comfortable with them. After asking around, we found that we had two different friends who had used Energy Swing within the last few months, and they were both very satisfied with the workmanship and service. We decided to give Energy Swing a call, and we are very glad we did. The entire experience has been pleasant and professional. The initial contact, Donnie, was enthusiastic about the product without being pushy, and he worked with us to get a number in our budget. Jeff, who came out to measure, was so absolutely thorough, we didn’t even know there could be that much involved in getting accurate measurements. The installers, Dale, Tony, and Steve G., were great. They were respectful of our property, work steadily to get the job done in one day, and cleaned up beautifully. It was a dream team, really, and we are very pleased with their work. There were a couple tweaks in a few days that we called about – nothing major and likely just from settling in. Tony, from the Service Department, and Jeff came out. They adjusted the couple of items and then went above and beyond to check everything, reviewing with me how it all worked and being sure I was happy. All in all, we are pleased that we trusted Energy Swing with our home, and we highly recommend them.

Tony Mastalerz went above expectations on a recent service call. He not only replaced the weather strip on one of the doors but checked all of the doors they had installed years prior and gave them a tune up to make sure they all closed properly and the lockset turned smoothly. Fantastic service call at no charge to me! I highly recommend Energy Swing Windows – they have the best warranty and wonderful people working for them.
