I had 8 new windows installed on 6/11/24. First of all I love my windows. I was very nervous and uneasy about the process. I chose Acadian based on price, location & other reviews. My overall experience was amazing. I had contact with 3 separate departments and all were very courteous & professional. Joe the salesman was very thorough with the initial estimate and display of product. After meeting with him before making a decision I went to the store location and met the customer service manager Mandy. After she took the time to show me up close some window displays and was so patient and professional (along with the other office staff) I chose Acadian to do my windows. I was a little more relaxed after that visit. Mandy kept me informed on timing of window installation and everything else that was needed. And finally when I met the installers Nick & Eric, I was very impressed that the professional & knowledgeable staff continued. They worked diligent on the installation, cleaned up very well. And the job was well done. I had a few minor questions the next morning and they didn’t hesitate to come back out to resolve my concerns. I would highly recommend Acadian for your window needs. With the times we are living in now it’s very rare to receive this level of great customer service at any business.

I had Acadian Windows install 12 Impact windows in my home. Joe, the salesman came to my house twice to explain the complete process, show me the Impact windows and get the paperwork signed. He measure all my windows, then the installer himself came out to measure the windows and then the window order was placed. It took approximately 5-6 weeks for my windows to come in. As soon as the windows arrived I was called to set up the install appointment. Four men, including the one installer who measured the windows. came to installed my new windows. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and did quality work.The worked well as a team and all the windows went in without a hitch. I called several times and spoke to Amanda and Mandy who always greeted me in the friendliest way. They were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. My windows look great and I feel much better about hurricanes knowing I have Impact windows. I am very impressed with the company, my windows, the salesman, the installers, Amanda and Mandy. I would recommend them to anyone interested in new windows or doors. They truly value their customer and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. If you are looking for new windows or doors, do yourself a favor and hire Acadian Windows for a quality, stress free job. Thank you Acadian! Deborah Strong

Extremely satisfied with Acadian Windows, Neil, the salesman, was prompt, timely, and professional. Mandy, in the office, provided excellent support and updates. Appreciated they had their contractor perform the measurements for ordering. Hermeson and Devon, the installers, were efficient, courteous, and delivered high quality work. Our windows and French doors are amazing and we have zero regrets!
