The Milgard windows I inherited from the previous owner had clouded. Newman made it easy. Darren came and measured, sent me an estimate, I approved it and Joe came to install, arrived on time , cheerful and efficient, happy with my new windows!

Installed milgard sliding door one year ago. Screen door always difficult to operate. I called about lifetime warranty and was told I need a new screen door at $250, no charge for labor. False advertising. I hired someone to make adjustments to rollers. Took 15 min. No parts needed. Don’t buy from him.

If you’re looking to purchase #Milgard Windows# find another company! Earlier this year (Apri-May 2023) we had #Milgard Windows# installed by #Newman Windows and Doors-Mission Viejo#. There were numerous errors during the initial installation and in good faith we decided to upgrade our windows because of the issue that #Newman Windows and Doors# said were done by the previous window installers with the windows frames. I have my doubts that the error was done by the previous window company. We should have fired then when it took two young men over 4 hours to remove 2 windows. I had to leave and left my wife home with the installers. She realized there was an issue when 5 of the 13 windows that’s were already installed had to much foam inside the window frame. She called me and I asked then to stop until I returned. This is a picture of what my wife found today only 4 months after the window installation. the caulking inside the windows that have Shutters is cracking. We also found issues with the outside with the wood frame around our front windows that were also installed by #Newman Windows and Doors#> There were issues with the Window Casings installed by #Newmand Windows and Doors# unfortunate for us the errors weren’t discovered until the painters came. They used caulking to cover the errors when cutting the casing and we didn’t catch that soon enough. So before you consider hiring #Newman Windows and Doors# in mission viejo. Think twice. Unfortunately for us the crew working on our job were inexperience and they had only one person that actually had knowledge in window installation. My wife took video and pictures of what she saw and pointed them out to the SUPV Scott who assured her that all issues were fixed. We are just hoping that when the rains come we won’t continue to have problems.

The team at Newman Windows did an amazing job. We had our first contact with Olivier, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We replaced 2 windows and 3 glass unit. The work was done in a timely manner, they arrived on time, protected the floor and cleaned everything. Olivier followed up and was very reliable.

I was very happy with Newman Windows. Cindy the office manager was very helpful throughout process of from ordering to installation. Olivier my in-home Sales contact was knowledgeable and always there to answer my questions. The job done by the installers Scott and Christian took only 1 day and was quality work. I love the look of my new windows!

Newman windows and doors just did an amazing job and replaced all the windows in our home with new Milgard windows . Scott on the install team was extremely professional, hard working, and went above and beyond during our install days. Scott and team not only made sure every window looked amazing, but also that they were expertly installed with great workmanship and quality. The team at Newman was so easy to work with and delivered as promised even quickly dealing with the replacement of two windows that had some damage. I would highly recommend them for window replacement and install.
