Don’t recommend. Called and appointment time from was between 1pm-5pm and they will call 15min before arrival. I work 30min away and get a call at 10am that they’re about to be at my house and asked if I could be home sooner. Which I couldn’t. Well 1pm rolls around and the dude seems like he’s just absolutely annoyed he has to be here. I’m guessing he couldn’t leave work early cause I was his only apt today or something. Starts taking a look at my broken window that needs repairing and takes out a pry tool and starts prying some of the frame off without asking. Breaking more of the glass. I was extremely frustrated cause I have two other people coming out for a quote, one of them being my insurance company and he just broke more of the window. WILL NOT be using this company. Pictures are from before and after he took his pry tool to the window

Rich was really nice and helpful. Went above and beyond to say the least and was still charged $300 for my rear windshield. Very pleased and highly recommend. Cheaper than Safelite. Just saying.
