I have lived with a vinyl sliding glass door for years. We have had replace the door handle numerous times and it would constantly lose ac/heat because of the aging weather stripping and terrible seal. After talking with Rick Philips from Renewal by Anderson, he showed us all of the features (and its a long list) that make them the number 1 premier window and door provider. Every part of this process has been so easy and painless. Every rep that came to the house during the process is exceedingly professional and ready to answer all of my questions. Their doors aren’t only efficient but secure. You need a battering ram to get through our front door if the dead bolt is locked. I could not be happier being a customer and can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to make an investment in their home.

I only completed the measuring and sign -off phase of my project with Renewal by Andersen so far; I am sure the rest of the process will be as satisfactory. Every member of the Andersen team has been professional and genuinely interested in finding out what I need and want in replacement doors and windows. Andy from sales did an excellent job explaining their products. He made me confident in my decision to go with his company. Jonathon took the measurements and double checked the details of my preferrences in the most competent matter I have ever witness. He and Andy did a great job explaining the whole process from start to finish and answered all my questions. Very glad Renewal by Andersen is the company relacing my old Andersen doors and windows.
