BUYER BEWARE – all 16 of the windows and all the sliding glass doors they installed leak water into the house. And see for yourself the sloppy workmanship. We have spent 7 months trying to get them to repair the windows and every time they come, the windows look worse and worse. The owner Sam and his sons will promise you the world to your face, then deliver complete garbage and lies. They are liars and thieves. Don’t trust them. Also, notice that for every bad review they use a generic message that they are not clients. I will update my contracts to prove the sale. Also! Check your invoices, they quote for Mr. Glass and deliver inferior products. We ended up having to buy all new windows and begin the long and arduous journey of recovering the loss . Biggest scam of our lives. Hire anyone else.

Sam and his team did an excellent job installing impact windows on my house. I highly recommend using their service. Sam went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They provided great quality windows at a fantastic price. The windows passed inspection. They were professional and attentive to all concerns that I had. I had to replace the windows on a rental and I had concerns about coordinating the length of the job and dealing with the schedule of the tenants. Sam was able to do the install quickly AND correct. The workmanship and integrity was impressive. It’s hard now a days to find honest, dependable and professional workers. Sam and his team exemplify all of these traits and I’m truly grateful. My experience was great I loved how they worked around the clock to make sure my windows and doors were installed correctly they were very fast and professional. SAM is the owner of this company. We paid for 13 metal full glass doors. We got more than half wrong size. The big slider that we purchased came in with a crack. This was in June last year…we are still waiting on a replacement. This has to be the worst company we have ever done business with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! You will be scammed!

From start to finish the experience was commendable. Knowledgeable and super friendly service. Had a front and back door installed as well as the windows. This is the second time doing business with Impact Window Master and highly recommend !

Good family run business. Had some issues with the distributor taking longer for the door to be completed, but once they got it, they installed it quickly. Only issue was that it was installed backwards, and they had to come back at a later date to fix it. The door looks great now.
