Best glass company I’ve ever dealt with! Great prices, timely and thorough work, and great people. Asher and RJ did an awesome job on my walk in shower despite needing some custom shaped glass. I’m definitely going to return to them for any other glass needs. Highly recommend!

My largest (70″ x 70″) front window was hit by a golf ball last year and cracked all the way across. I had called Raben Glass after they were recommended by insurance agent and I am very glad I did! They came out right away to get measurements and got a quote back to me within a week. When I asked for an additional quote, they got back to me on that within a day. Unfortunately, some other parts of my life got in the way of the window and it wasn’t actually fully shattered, so it took a bit for me to get back to the company. When I did, they upheld their quote and sent someone out again for a recheck measurement, as a just in case. Within a week, they had my new window in stock and were here to replace it. Brayton and Byron were fantastic! Brayton had actually been the one who came out both times to get the measurements and he was very pleasant and wonderful to work with every time he came out. These two were professional and made sure to be as careful as possible to not get glass in the yard (mostly because of my dog). When some glass did end up in the rocks, they both took time to clean up everything and ensure no glass was left behind. All in all, I highly recommend Raben Glass and give a big kudos to both Brayton and Byron! Thank you for replacing my front window!

I would love to give this company a great review, but overall my experience was subpar. I would give the guy that came and changed my glass five stars, as he was outstanding and quick. He was also extremely polite. The office staff, however, could be better with their communication. I started this process with this company on 3/15, and my glass went in on 5/4. It took me several calls to set up a quote for my glass. Once that was done, it took another several call to set up getting my glass fixed. After ten business days, I was supposed to receive a call back to set up to get my glass installed. I had to track this company down for several weeks to get an answer. The contracted company broke my glass, but I did not get any communication telling me it would be longer. Every time I called, they could not find who I was and said they could call back but never did. My glass is nice for the price; however, I would rather work with a more reliable company and one that knows how to communicate effectively. I was sorely disappointed because Raben Glass has high stars, and was expecting better.

On behalf of St. George Ancient Assyrian Church of the East, I cannot even begin to thank Raben glass enough for the amazing job they did on the entrance door at our church. Ashur and his team are an amazing group of people to work with! From beginning to end, they made sure it was an easy process. They went above and beyond all our expectations!
