We have had a great experience with Performance Windows! From the planning, install, new look these windows have given the house, and noticeable in home noise reduce we absolutely are satisfied customers. We have noticed the AC unit is working less and the house temperature is a consistent temperature, even at the hottest points of summer days. 5 star recommended!

5-stars One of the best updates we’ve done to our house. These windows quieted our noticeable road noise right away. The house curb appeal has been improved. We can also clean and secure the windows better now, which is nice for peace of mind! But another key of the 5-star rating was the simple experience. The whole thing was just 4 visits: Visit 1 – Sales+pricing+rough measure+down payment Visit 2 – Validation of dimensions Visit 3 – Installation day (appx 5 hrs for 7 windows) Visit 4 – Follow-up+inspection+final payment (same day as install) Performance Windows can show you why their windows are top notch so check them out if you want the good stuff!

Performance Windows came out in August and replaced all of our windows in a single day. They showed us how they worked and made sure we were happy with the install. About a month later, I realized the valance covers were not reinstalled. Furthermore, my 13 year old opened her blinds, and they fell on her face, cutting her upper lip. I reached out to the company via text on Oct 4th and was told someone would connect with me to get the issue resolved. Two weeks later, we opened the windows because it started to cool down. We realized one of the window locks (to keep it open only slightly) would not open. When we closed the window, the locks wouldn’t work (we could open the window, even with both locks used). I again reached out to the company via text since they still hadn’t scheduled anything with me to fix the initial problem. I’m waiting for a response now. Update: They did come back out and fix the window lock. They also put about about 1/2 of the valance covers. I again reached out to them in April about using the warranty since one of the screens was torn (we were told if they were torn for any reason, they’d get replaced) and one window appears crooked and the screen isn’t installed straight. After almost 2 months of emailing the sales rep who helped us, I included their main sales email as well. I was informed that sales rep doesn’t work for the company anymore and that my email was being forwarded. That was June 19th and I have yet to hear from anyone about my issues. I 100% wish I had gone with another company as we have had issues left and right with PWZ.

I couldn’t have asked for a better group of men to come out and do the instal! This company was very professional from the very beginning. Text message updates as windows are being made plus text when they are on the way. showed up on time. Day of install crew was in and out within 2 hrs. cleaned up all messes. 10 out of 10 stars!!

Pros & Cons: We had met with four other window companies but went with Performance Windows due to their competitive pricing. The windows were installed with a very professional team who knew exactly what they were doing and they looked beautiful when they were finished. We noticed IMMEDIATELY the difference of temperature in all the rooms-they were much cooler, and the glass itself was cool to the touch. It was a good decision to get the windows. The cons: we did have a problem with communication and follow up with the company. But, with this said, we are very happy with the windows.

The company sold us windows supposedly at a discounted rate with the agreement we would post their sign in our yard for a month. I honestly don’t know if we received a discounted rate for the windows we chose to replace. They never placed their sign in our yard. No mention of that after the contract appointment. After the sign of our contract, we only heard from them for install appt from the install company. No follow up from Performance Windows. After we posted a review for the install company, it flagged concerns and at that time Performance Windows did finally reach out to us at the end of June and will be following up from our March purchase. That’s our experience.

We had a great experience with performance windows. From sales, installation and management it was smooth. When our HOA had an issue with 2 of our windows, Performance owner literally replaced them at no cost to us! It was a great surprise as I didn’t know I even had to get approval for new windows from the HOA. I will continue to refer this company! Windows are not cheap, but having great support and service from the company sure does help!
