I’m pretty no nonsense, and Sawtooth answered the phone the first time I called. I like that. They were quick to come diagnose a broken bracket but I needed a new door anyway. Very honest and open about pricing and install timing. Pricing is on par with the industry. What that means is if you find drastic differences in price somewhere else, you will regret it. Jeramie is easy to work with, that’s saying something. Installers were right on time, courteous, professional, fast, and also easy to work with. Would hands down use again and recommend to anyone.

Jeremy and Kenny know how to run a business the right way! A quality company that cares about the customer and doesn’t nickel and dime you! I was really impressed with Sawtooth Garage Doors, highly suggest these guys if you want the job done the right way and a company that cares about the product! To often these days companies try to do the fastest and cheapest way possible but Sawtooth is quality and the old American way! These guys are amazing !

Jeremy came out quickly on a Saturday when we had an emergency situation with our garage. He then made returned a few days later to make some reasonable recommendations that will hopefully keep our garage in top shape for a few years.

Sawtooth garage doors installed my garage door and just a few hours Ryan and the other employee were wonderful, they had to move a few items in my garage to do the work and we’re very helpful. I would definitely recommend sawtooth garage doors to anyone needing a new garage door or just a repair.

Called Kenny at Sawtooth per recommendation from neighbors. He was able to have Ryan and Kolby out same-day, just hours later, to do a full motor replacement. Expertise and knowledgeable, very prompt service, quality workmanship (even programmed the car for the new door codes/motor.) The techs Ryan & Kolby were super friendly and provided great work at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Sawtooth Garage Doors for any repair and installation needs! They earned my trust!

From the start, my experience with Sawtooth Garage Doors has been outstanding! My initial call, on a Saturday, was answered by Kenny, the company owner. He asked questions with clarity and gave detailed answers to best fit my need for what garage opener I have. He did not attempt to haggle me into a bigger or better model opener; he respected my request and scheduled me in. The company technicians who were assigned to and completed the replacement are Ryan and Colton. Ryan had called me, to inform me they could be on-site sooner than our appointed time. When I said I could be home in a given time, he told me they could get the opener, chain, and rail all built instead of waiting around. Talk about efficiency! I am impressed! Both Ryan & Colton were thorough in their work, and got the job done lickety-split, and now I have a new opener that is much quieter than it’s predecessor (est 1999), and comes with a fantastic warranty. If you’re looking for quality, fair pricing, and experience, look no further than Sawtooth Garage Doors; you will NOT be let down! Thank You Kenny, Ryan, & Colton!

In a very short amount of time, he was there to review the specs for the job, design a solution, and ultimately install the doors and periphery equipment in record time. This gave the owner great peace of mind knowing that it was handled so well and his home was protected. If you are searching for quality, reasonable pricing, and excellent work ethic, go no further. You have found “your guy!”. Even though this wasn’t my home (my friend’s place) I’ll be using Sawtooth Garages for mine when the need arises!

I couldn’t get my garage door to open this morning. So after reading their reviews I decided to give them a call. They were great. Excellent customer service. They clearly explained the problem.They fixed the problem in a timely manner. The fee was reasonable. What more can you ask for?
