Windows installed May 7-8, 2024. Since we have a field stone exterior, the installers could not finish the outside. We were told that they would have to get a stone mason to finish the job. It is now June 26, 2024 and the job is not finished!!!😒

We ordered 20 windows for our home and are very pleased so far. Our sales person Nikki and David and his installation crew were Awesome! Our windows have made a big difference since they’ve been installed. We have a room that we called the hotbox and the new windows have made a Tremendous improvement. I had to close that room vent halfway! We happened to have 1 window that is a part of 5 that is on back order for our family room. So those 5 are not installed yet. But we are excited to see the different those window will make once they do get installed. We will be replacing our French doors soon and I know just who to call… NIKKI! And we will definitely be requesting David and his installation crew again!

Overall, a very good process from the sales call to the installation. I was VERY impressed wirh the installation crew and how they were able to explain each step of the process. The crew arrived on time and left a clean work site and deserve recognition. While I find the windows a bit pricey, the warranty and service I’ve received so far tells me I’ll be buying additional windows from them. If you want a good product, an excellent warranty and superior customer service, try them.

From beginning to end the experience with Anderson Windows has been a delight. The representative who came to our home, the men who came to do measurements to the couple who installed the windows. I would do it all over again in the event we need more windows . My husband and myself have already passed this info on to possible future customers . Keep up the good work. A good product is only enhanced by those that represent the company
