I purchased 8 aluminum triple track storm windows (beige, low-e glass, complete with screens) from Kramer Window in Maywood, Illinois after researching several window manufactures. I found the quality to be excellent- really well built, solid windows- heavy gauge aluminum for the frame and windows. Kramer built the windows as per measurements supplied and were accurate; the owner came out and double checked my measurements as well. I also visited their shop which was well equipped and laid out, and had very experienced window makers (very few shops make triple track storm windows nowadays, as they are typically a replacement for wooden storm windows). They also make vinyl windows as well and look well-constructed. I installed these myself and installation went well, ~ 1.5 hrs/ window. These windows are well designed and operate nicely- smooth movement up and down, lock in well, and have very good seals. Installed windows look great and work well with our 90+ year old casement windows. Price was competitive as well with just a few weeks lead time for these custom sizes. Kramer Window is highly recommended. 5 stars.

I had some broken window panes for pretty old aluminum triple track storm windows. Evidently this type of window is out of fashion and I had a terrible time finding a place that could help me repair or replace them. Then I somehow stumbled across Kramer Window. They put new glass into one frame and fabricated an entirely new frame for the other, which fit perfectly into my existing tracks at home. They did it while I waited and it was unbelievably affordable – $135 total. Amazing find! I hope this review helps someone else. Ask for Jim when you call.

Kramer Window Co. Is a manufacturer of vinyl replacement windows and aluminum storm windows and aluminum storm doors, including screen porch products and three season room products. *Installation Available Upon Request I’m a DIY kind of guy. They where of great help in MFG new thermo-windows for me and saved me at least thousand dollars. My old windows lost the seal and fogged up. I didn’t need frames. They do business the old fashion way, honest, quality, service!
