Precision was available to come next day for a service call on our garage door. Aaron, the tech, called about 30min before arriving to give us a heads up. He was very nice, explained what needed done and was able to do it right then and there. We are very happy with our experience.

Ryan and his teamate were great to work with. Received a call prior to their arrival. They were on time. Gave us an estimate and stuck to it. Ryan did not try to oversell or add nickel and dime for extras. With the new garage door openers, he set up all opener buttons including the buttons in the cars. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will call them 1st for any garage door repair.

I was trapped in my garage and unable to get to work. Called Precision and they gave me a time of Noon to 4. Ryan, the technician, called 90 minutes later and was able to move us up and arrived at 11. Quickly assessed the issue, checked out our complete system and made recommendations. He had everything on his truck that was needed including a replacement logic board for our brand new opener that was defective. Had the new opener, 2 new springs, 3 bearings and 2 cable wheels replaced in a couple hours. What an impressive young man and efficient. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Toledo!
