My husband and I wanted to replace some of the windows on the back of our house. We contacted STL Windows Direct, and Cheryl came over to see what we wanted. She listened to us carefully, and came up with a plan! Normally, when planning a large project, we “shop around”, and get a few different bids. We had such confidence in Cheryl that we did not speak with anyone else! When the team arrived, it was obvious that they knew their craft! Rob and Shannon worked extremely well together. Our job took a good bit of work, replacing the existing windows and enlarging the openings to provide us with “more glass, less wall”, which is exactly what we wanted. The work took three full days. Every afternoon before leaving, Rob and Shannon removed all debris and vacuumed, which was greatly appreciated! We are so pleased with our new windows! The view of our backyard has been greatly enhanced, which is what we wanted. We would not hesitate to recommend STL Windows Direct to anyone in need a a window upgrade! On Monday, June 24, I met with Angie to discuss the possibility of replacing some our windows. From the moment we met, I knew this was a business that places value in who they send to best represent their company. She listened and provided valuable advise and I never felt pressured to buy what we need to purchase later. She was well informed about the windows that will be specifically made for the spaces where they will fit perfectly in our home. She was kind and respectful of my time and even helped me corral our Basset Hound when it was time for her to go. Making a good connection is important to me. Everyone associated with Universal Windows Direct has been attentive, quick to respond and their communication is exceptional. It will be a while before our windows are ready to be placed, but in the wait we will be telling our neighbors and friends about this company. Thank you, Angie for educating me about windows with a discussion that was valuable and fun. We’re counting the days to welcome our windows home!

After meeting with 4 window companies for quotes, we decided to go with STL Windows Direct—and so thankful that we chose them. Rob and Shannon (installers) were absolutely fantastic and Dion (manager) was able to help when we found rotted walls from the previous home owner not properly installing the existing old/existing windows. I would highly recommend this team and will be contacting them again for future window/door projects. Thanks again!

We are very happy with our new windows and patio door. Price was very reasonable for the quality and design. Tom the installer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on both windows and patio door. We would certainly recommend STL Windows Direct to anyone looking for new windows or patio doors. The whole process from first appointment through installation was very professional.

We had several windows replaced, including replacing an existing door with a window so had additional drywall and siding work as well. Everyone we worked with was friendly and communication was great. The new windows look amazing and are making a difference already with noise reduction and temperature regulation inside.
