Tried to stop in to see the show room on a Tuesday before 5 PM (4:30-like their hours say), and the doors were locked. Not very professional in my opinion.

My daughter purchased a high end entry door from these guys. Therma Tru. Door is top notch. The door jams are assembled at a distributor and that was poor construction. The installer screwed it up the installation royally. Even had the factory rep out with a technician. They made some adjustments to get it passable. A year later I removed the inside trim to install the missing shims and to fill the voids with foam. Now it’s close to right. Kinda hard to install to make it perfect. I’m available for install lessons.

We LOVE our new doors and windows! We have a 1949 house that required all new windows and several new doors, including new install (where there was no door before) and replacements. Kevin spent hours with me talking through options and teaching me everything I needed to know (and honestly didnt want to know) but NEEDED to know to make an educated decision. The process is more complicated than you think because of all of the different options. But Kevin never grew tired of my 1,000 questions, or my repeated “tweaks”. On more than one occasion, he came back out to help me truly understand what I was getting and to measure. I was on my last last nerve, but never appeared to rattle Kevin, 🙂 he truly wanted to help me get it right. After weeks of processing all my options, we NAILED it and my home has exceptional natural light and convenient well thought out entry ways. If it were not for Kevin’s patience, Im sure I would have missed the opportunity to do the house justice! We have 8 doors, so this was a job that took lots of considerations and we did it right! Thank you Kevin! THANK YOU! Well done friend! Im beyond grateful for your expert advice, your vision and your quality workmanship!

We had an issue with framing the first time they came out and they worked with our framers to fix it, no issue made of having to make a second trip. They returned on the promised date and worked about 10 hours to get my beautiful patio door installed. Kevin Pollard was great to work with throughout my ordering and installation process.
