No customer service whatsoever, can’t get in touch of anyone at this company, how can you trust them to deliver your door and stand behind the service if needed to, salesman doesn’t return phone calls or emails I’m already stuck witha customer and I’m getting no call backs I will never use this company again 0 customer service

I’m a long-time customer of their doors. I feel there was no delay in getting the doors I ordered ready. I did do a local pickup, so I can’t comment much on shipping. The service I received from them has always been great. I’ve always received compliments from the quality they put into their doors. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future with more orders..

These guys are great! The finished product of these doors exceeded my expectaitons. They look amazing and really stand out. This was my first time ordering doors from a company, I have bought a few at those big box stores for previous renovations I’ve done but I’m very satisfied with the work and quality ETO put into their doors. Highly recommend them.

Overall negative experience w ETO. Company is very response to get business and you can forget getting any response to claims. Received damaged doors on delivery. Accepted offer for cost of repair. Handled claim quickly but never received payment. And, non responsive when contacted numerous times. Also, both doors were poorly manufactured, slab door w waves in it. Anyway, there warranty is so restrictive it is ridiculous and is used to deny claims. My door is failing after being stored in garage and then installed painted within one month. After two months the French door is failing at joints and stile face are cracking. Poor product. Advise stay away from ETO.

My brother and I are fixing up a place in Canoga Park and ETO Doors was of great help getting the doors replaced quickly, about a week from the first phone call. The workers were professional and cleaned up spot clean after the job. Plus the pricing was competitive and fair.
