Our garage door decided to jump off it’s track. Our vehicles were stuck and the heavy door was threatening to crash down. Anderson was able to find time that same day in the freezing cold to come fix it up for us. It didn’t take long at all and the door has been fine since

So our door was damaged by a vehicle rolling into it. You guys were the 3rd company to come and look at it. The first company just flat out told me, without even looking at it from the inside, that the whole door would need to be replaced, and he would get me in touch with their salesman. The second company told me that at least 2, possibly 3 panels would need to be replaced, at 700 dollars a panel, and to try to go through my insurance for a full replacement. When Ridge came out, he was polite and respectful, asked if I just wanted it working and if cosmetics wasn’t a huge deal, I said I just want it working. Within a half hour he had it all fixed, and running, and the cosmetics looked far better than I expected them to! They will be my first call next time, not 3rd! Thank you Ridge, and Anderson Garage Doors!

Anderson was able to get me onto their schedule same day. They were quick and did an excellent job with my garage door repair. Start to finish, it was an easy process. I will be using them in the future for sure. Highly recommended.
