This was the best service. I had issues with water coming in my front door, so I contacted them and they were immediately responsive and came the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and he even went the extra mile to make sure the door was properly aligned. As an added bonus he installed my smart lock and tested it numerous times. I will have them come back for any issues with all doors.

Exceptional professionalism, an extreme eye for detail. There was a scheduling mix up for my door repairs. Mr.Marye managed that situation with both are and knowledge. I would absolutely recommend this company to you for your door repair needs.

As others have said… seriously unprofessional. I called for an estimate, and within a minute realized this would be a nightmare. Good luck to anybody working with him.

Very bad experience. His repair failed on one of my interior doors, then he wanted to charge me again to fix his failure. Very unprofessional. Very poor communicator. I would not recommend him to anyone. I hate being negative toward somebody, but maybe his poor ratings will help him step up his game with future clients…if you dare to hire him. 😱

Called to make an appointment two days in a row, never received a call back on either occasion. From reading other reviews on here it looks like this is the norm.
