I’ve been looking for a company to fix/service my garage doors that wouldn’t break the bank. I got exactly that. Parnell came out and gave me an estimate. We were able to schedule the work and proceed. Not only was he prompt, but he was professional and courteous. If he came in a service clone, I would book him every time. There were no surprises with the estimate. I wasn’t up-sold anything I didn’t need and he cleaned up when he finished. I’ve already recommended him to my parents. If you need a garage door service, contact them ASAP.

Several years ago Direct Service Overhead Garage came out and replaced the springs and pulleys on my garage door. Their work was stellar, they were professional, friendly and their price was very reasonable. I kept their contact information right on my garage wall by my garage remote so yesterday when my garage door suddenly stopped going down all the way I gave them a call and fortunately Parnell was able to come within an hour and had my door working all for the reasonable price of a service call. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! Quick to respond and follow up. Pricing was reasonable and affordable. Offered several solutions to get our garage door working again – very knowledgeable on all aspects. Never felt pressured during the entire process..even came on a Saturday morning to get us taken care of! I really can’t recommend Travis and Direct Service enough. I will be sure to spread the word.
