Dayle Welch was possibly the top service technician that we have had to our house for any service. He illustrated exactly what he was doing and why. I would use Overhead door again. Great service.

Steve was here to replace my broken spring and the bottom door seal. He called and arrived just as he had promised. He said that my door spring lasted much longer than most! We had Overhead Doors install our garage doors in 1996-1997 when we built our home. I just wished that they offered a senior or military discount. He informed me that the company doesn’t offer those discounts, but I’m pleased !

Our old OHD opener gave out after 14 years of heavy use. We have used OHD of Lexington for repairs that were needed. They had a reasonable response time and fair price. We had them instal a new Legacy OHD opener that linked to wifi. The installer(Steve) showed up on time and installed the new opener and rail in about an hour. The new opener connects to everything effortlessly. Our old one was quiet; however, this belt drive is faster and quieter. We are satisfied with our purchase and install.

I closed my garage door with the tailgate of my car up and it would catch when I would try to open the door. We attempted to resolve the problem ourselves without success. Steve came out and was able to get the garage door opened by crawling under the door that would only raise about 1 foot. He worked really hard to solve my problem for me. They told me ahead of time approximately how much it would cost, so there was no surprise there. This is the second time I’ve used them in the last 6 years and would highly recommend.

I’d give it a one star. Plastic gears? It’s designed to fail. Never had this problem with Sears Garage Door Equipment. SAD

Quality installation of a new overhead garage door opener and garage door. The company was a square dealer, did very good business, didnt dawdle overly long getting the door ordered and once they received the door, they came the very next day and had it installed in under 3 hours. Very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Shawn and Eli during the installation. Couldnt recommend more highly. Five stars.

One of the very best experiences ever. Edric Rodriguez, who did the installation, was super efficient, knowledgeable and generally good to get to know. Been doing the doors and openers for over 10 years and it really showed.

In a hurry. Did a horrible job on installing the sensors and wiring. Came out a second. Worked for a couple of days. Nonfunctional again. Terrible service.

Joe Siebeneicher arrived promptly as promised by the company within 4 hours of our call today. He was well informed regarding their products and did not attempt to up sell the new garage door opener. He finished the installation within his promised completion time. He did not disappoint. Hoping this garage door opener lasts as long (30+ Years.)
