Replaced three windows for me. Windows look great but there was no permit pulled and they over charged me by $2300 which took months to iron out. I think the window installers did a great job but administration is a fail.

Had a salesman come to our home for a window replacement quote, was knowledgeable, but then it turned into a moment of pushy sales… Next was a visit from the owner (and his wife) to get a quote on also redoing the siding on the house along with the windows. After 6 weeks, and leaving two messages at this place of business…we have had no response. What a terrible way to run a business. I will be sure to tell everyone I can not to even contact this place… Avoid them…

I scheduled a day and time for a quote and the consultant never showed up without any notification. Emails and a phone call after the fact went unanswered.

Nightmare to deal with. Everyone is very nice and cordial but no one really knows what the other is doing. Communication is terrible. I’ve had people show up with out notice, I’ve had incorrect items that I was told were being ordered. No clue what goes on between departments but it’s clearly not very fluid.
