Had a good experience with the installation but after this it has been horrible. We have 2 windows that leak and one of them will not close properly. We have called at least 9 times in 2 weeks and they keep saying they will get back with us. We finally speak with someone and he tells us we have to troubleshoot ourselves. Gave us a video on how to do it and now no one will call us back. These windows are barely a year old and the first leaking window happened only 1 week after the install. We found the second leak about 3 weeks ago. We paid in full right after the install so once they got our money they are done with us.

We are in the middle of remodeling our home and we didn’t like the old windows we had so we decided to go with America’s Choice Windows after meeting with a few companies. There’s salesperson was very informative, she showed us the capabilities and benefits of their product as well as helping us decide on a certain window that others have not given us as an option that turned out great. The installation team showed up early and began to setup inside and out, began work and promptly took care of the installation and cleanup. Once completed all windows were inspected for proper operation, and we went through all window functions. This was a great experience overall and we would recommend this Company to anyone looking for window upgrades.

I had them install 13 windows here in my home in Fort Worth and already 4-5 of the windows do not lock!! I have left message 01/02 and got No call back even though the message said they will call back. 01/04 – spoke to Michelle and she said she will give my husband’s number to a local rep to call and give a check up …, again NO CALL BACK! 01/07- called again and spoke to Michelle and she will call the installer and because he will be off and will be able to call my husband to check on the windows…. again NO CALL BACK!! 01/11-Talked with Michelle again and said they are working on it and said she will give me a call back and update me…. again NO CALL BACK!! MY ADVICE…. they will sell you the windows but you cannot get them to make good on the so called “Lifetime Warranty” on the windows already installed even though my windows are not even 2 years old!! So dissatisfied and disappointed with this company !! Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else!! I am still waiting for them to make good on fixing these windows I have!! My next step is to complain to BBB!! 02/01/21 Update on this review: After I posted this review the company finally sent a repair agent that fixed the faulty windows. So far the windows still works…. A couple of days later we got a call from corporate via a three way call with Michelle and I guess one of the head person of the company and asked my husband and myself which restaurant we liked so they can send a gift card I guess for all the aggravation I had gone through ( great gesture by the way) but here’s the catch: we still have not received it … will give it another week knowing that their company works on SLOW SPEED. Will update again if circumstances changes! Update: 06/18/2024 They lied about the so called gift card for our favorite restaurant…. We never received it!!

America’s Choice Windows did a great job on the two windows my mother wanted replaced. They were very prompt and very efficient. I will gladly recommend them to all of my family and friends! Excellent work! Mrs. Stephanie and her crew are the best! Deserve 10 stars across the board!

We had our windows replaced by America’s Choice after the recommendation of a friend that had theirs done 14 years ago with no issues. Stephanie was great to work with, very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. The whole process was easy, the install was done in one day for 24 windows and what a difference they make.

Extremely recommend this company. They are very affordable and the windows are great. Stefanie was the best. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. The process was very easy and the guys that installed the windows were really nice and polite. Great experience would highly recommend.
